blahblah

I just completed my first ever jury duty assignment.. They should call it schmuck duty. It was pretty boring. But sort of interesting, I'm not into reality tv though, and I could tell that most of the people were totally into it in vicarious way. Which is frightening when you consider that they're making decisions that affect other lives.
I don't have much interesting going on at the moment. We worked in our yard all weekend and built a really nice flower bed, still need to do the other side of the yard. It was really hard work. Cassie, next time you need to send some Mexicans over to help!

LOL! Can't you find your own Mexicans in STL Amber? If they're as populous there as they are here, you could just ask the guys standing on the corner.

Were you selected to be on a jury? I haven't yet received my first jury duty assignment. I'd like to think I would take it as seriously as I do voting.

It's election day, BTW. Get out and vote!

I was dismissed the second day. I'm pretty sure it was for one specific thing too. They asked us if we would require physical evidence in addition to testimonial in a rape/sodomy/carjacking case. To me it would take a lot more than someone just pointing a finger, in this day and age!? They should have some kind of DNA or something.
Hey, at least I didn't try to get kicked off by saying I racist or something.
And A-Ron? There are waaaaymore Mexicans in Denver than St. Louis.

no sheet, senor sherlock!

Amber, if you could get a hold of your plot plan, or measure your yard (making sure you include all things like flower bed, garage, clothesline, etc) i could do up a landscape plan for you for by christmas. that way you'll be ready to install by spring! Who knows! i might be able to help you!
