Bowing out

Dear Pentarchy,
Please accept this as my resignation. I am sure you will find a fast replacement that is better suited to your needs. What can I say, it was the best of times, it was the worst of times.
But not really, it wasn't really that dramatic or epic.
I will continue to post here as a solo agent.
Take care and have fun slinging mud.
I will leave you with the really nice link to an article that pretty much sums up everything that led up to my resignation.

Whatever Amb-o. Nobody likes a quitter.

Your article doesn't make any sense either.

Amber - don't quit. You have to look at the positive side of things. Yes, 12% of our population is homeless right now however you are not one of them. You are one of the elite few fortunate to have a roof over your head, money in your pocket and food on your table. Quitting The Pentarchy is not going to make a valid point against that which you are outraged at. You should try donating time AND money; not just money, to a cause you think is worthy. Life sucks sometimes but we as people have to make the best of it. You have a group of people that actually read what you think and comment on it. That's awesome. Most people think I'm a dumb blonde with nothing important to say. You should be thankful for what you have and help others achieve what you think the standard of living should be.

I didn't realize that no comments could go through.

I cringe to even imagine what the impetus was/is for your decision; I can't even bring myself to look...

On a bright note, I was thinking of you... my father in law is taking over as Artistic / Executive Director of Dance St. Louis... you should check him out, help to remind you we still live in a world w/ arts and culture and stuff.

I and the fam will probably be around for the holidays. I'm always interested in meeting some fellow big city assholes. Perhaps we can meet and drink some Kool Aid together?

Definitely. I drink kool aid, coffee, red wine and know a few good places to do it too. That's really cool about your Da, I went to a performance put on through Dance St. Louis a few months ago, it was the Houston Ballet, one of the best dance performances I've been to in awhile and it was at the impressive Fox Theatre. I wanted to become a member of Dance St. Louis and haven't done it yet.
I'll look forward to reading more of your blog. The link on this post isn't to the argument, that's dead.
